KIFAYAH STRATEGY OF FUNDS (SoF)
Historically, tracing back to 15 years, investment in KSE 100 index has provided a return of ~15% annually. This is the normal or intrinsic return of the market or equity funds, primarily based on growth and inflation. These returns however come with extreme volatility with long periods of gaining years followed by some loss making periods. With Kifayah Strategy of Funds (SoF), the portfolio of mutual funds is rebalanced periodically between Equity and Money Market Funds to maximize returns. This active switching between funds is based on research, timings, and current market situation in order to cut down on losses and optimize on returns.

With Kifayah Strategy of Stocks (SoS), we invest and actively manage a diversified portfolio of high growth companies selected from PSX-KMI All Shares Index targeted to earn higher capital gains, and these stocks qualify for selection under after passing through a set of criterion. This is a strategy to invest in companies with above average growth potential, at attractive prices.

We offer two variants of Kifayah SoS:
- Profit Encashment: with this option, any realized gains will be paid to the investor on a periodic basis, thereby providing a regular cashflow in addition to dividend gains.
- Profit Reinvestment: with this option, the realized gains will be reinvested, but dividends will be paid to the investor.

With Kifayah Strategy of Dividend Stocks (SoDS), we invest and actively manage a diversified portfolio of high dividend yielding stocks selected from PSX-KMI All Shares Index targeted to earn higher and regular dividend gains. This strategy is suitable for investors looking for regular stream of cash flows through dividend income, and partial capital growth with lower risk as compared with market.
